How much will it cost?

It is best for one of our removals team to come and visit your home to asses exactly how much the cost will be, there are many factors involved in the quote such as which of our services you require. Our prices are highly competitive and affordable.

How far in advance do we need to book?

UK household moves are usually booked 7 14 days in advance, however we will do our best to help you out if you have been let down last minute. European moves should be booked 21 days in advance.

Do you Dismantle and reassemble my furniture?

Unless agreed in the quote all furniture that need dismantling should be done so before we arrive. If you have chosen to use the dismantle and reassemble service then our trained and experienced staff will make sure all furniture that needs dismantling is done so, they will then reassemble these items at your new home.

Do I need to unpack my chest of drawers?

Clothing, bedding etc. can be left in drawers, any breakable items should be removed. Draws will be removed to carry them out of the house and put back into the chest on the van.

Will you empty my loft?

Unless agreed in the quote lofts should be fully emptied before our arrival. If your loft has safe access and is fully boarded and lit our staff can remove the items, this should be agreed within the quote.

Will you take shed and garage items?

Yes, we can take all of these as long as our removals team is made aware of it at the quoting stage. Lawnmowers etc. should have all fuel drained prior to our arrival.

Do I need to organise parking?

If parking is restricted or access is difficult at either property, we need to be aware of this when quoting. If parking is residents only it is up to you to organise for our vehicles to be allowed access. We can provide details of our vehicles such as size and registration numbers for this.
